This includes our mobile app, official website, digital E-paper platform, content management systems (CMS), and all connected communication networks like our official WhatsApp communities.
By opening, browsing, downloading, or interacting with any news feeds, video streams, text reports, or E-papers hosted by JSNN, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. This contract applies directly to all readers, regular viewers, content partners, independent commentators, and verified ground reporters.
If you do not completely agree with all the rules and restrictions written in this document, you must stop using our platforms and delete our application from your devices immediately.
SECTION 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT LAWS
A. Ownership of Media Material
All creative work displayed on this network is completely owned by Jitendra Sai News Network (JSNN) and protected by international trademark and copyright laws. This original work includes:
- All written investigative journalism, breaking news bulletins, and analytical columns.
- All custom logos, digital graphics, border layouts, design banners, and application interfaces.
- All live audio files, radio broadcasts, documentary videos, and raw ground-level video feeds.
B. Strict Restrictions on Use
Users have no right to steal, modify, copy, republish, print, distribute, or sell any content from this network for commercial profit without explicit, written permission signed by the Editor-in-Chief of JSNN.
C. Allowed Sharing Rule
You are warmly allowed to share our official website links, video links, or app screenshots on personal social media handles for public awareness. However, you must keep all original JSNN logo marks and watermarks fully visible.
SECTION 3: LEGAL MANDATES FOR GROUND CORRESPONDENTS
Any user who applies to become an onboarded ground correspondent, or who submits local news files through our secure networks, agrees to follow a strict ethical code:

- True Information Only: Every news dispatch, photo, or live video clip you upload to our desk must be real, accurate, and completely true. Sending fake updates, rumors, or untruthful reports is strictly forbidden.
- Absolute Clean Media: All uploaded visual assets must be raw and unedited. Changing news images with digital filters or AI tools to spread false stories will result in immediate termination of your press privileges.
- Editorial Editing Rights: The JSNN Executive Editorial Board keeps the full authority to correct, shorten, rewrite, crop, or decline any submitted article or media asset to follow global journalism ethics before it goes live.
SECTION 4: USER CODE OF CONDUCT & PROHIBITED INTERACTIONS
When using our community comments, chat groups, or transmission forms, you are completely responsible for your words. You are strictly forbidden from writing or sharing any content that:
- Defames, abuses, stalks, or threatens the safety and personal rights of another individual.
- Promotes hatred, racism, discrimination, or violence against any community or group.
- Interrupts the natural security, peace, or sovereign legal framework of the state.
- Includes infected files, malware, or digital tracking codes meant to harm our central servers.
SECTION 5: ACCOUNTABILITY AND EDITORIAL DISCLAIMERS
- Independent Opinions: The viewpoints, political columns, and expressions shared by independent writers, external analysts, or voluntary reporters belong solely to those individuals. They do not necessarily represent the official beliefs or policies of the JSNN Executive Board. Legal and civil liability for all personal commentary lies completely with the author.
- Service Stability: JSNN provides high-definition news broadcasting on an “As-Is” basis. We do not promise that our digital E-paper or live feed servers will run with no errors during technical upgrades, network overloads, or routine cyber maintenance.
SECTION 6: THE NATURAL LAW OF FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE
When you choose to support the continuous operation of our independent newsroom through financial contributions, you acknowledge that all donations are completely voluntary. Your financial partnerships keep this newsroom completely free from corrupt corporate influence and political strings.
Every resource sent to our network is directly used to upgrade our technical systems, purchase high-definition broadcasting equipment, protect grassroots reporters, and defend free, untampered truth worldwide.
SECTION 7: LEGISLATIVE UPDATES & FUTURE AMENDMENTS
JSNN retains the absolute executive right to modify, rewrite, expand, or delete parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time without sending a prior notification. All changes become active the second they are updated inside this document. Checking this file regularly is your personal responsibility to ensure you follow our system rules.
SECTION 8: JURISDICTION AND FINAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are built and ruled entirely in line with the laws of the Republic of India. If any administrative conflict, data complaint, or legal dispute arises from your use of this digital application, the issue will be settled exclusively within the competent courts located in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh (MP), India.
